Fresh equivilants of freeze dried and dehydrated foods
 

I found this site that lists the fresh equivalents of various FD and dehyrated foods. I haven't really seen any other vendors do this and thought some people might find it helpful when trying to figure out how much they really get for their buck when buying cans of FD food.

Awesome, thanks for the link. I'm dehydrating most of my own food rather than buying it from other sources, but I can definitely use this info.
